Tiramisu is the best known Italian dessert in the world and its preparation takes place through simple and precise steps.
We propose the recipe with Giovanni Moro's ladyfingers from Fonni
6 medium eggs, 120 g of sugar, 500 g of mascarpone
Cold coffee to wet the ladyfingers, 2 tablespoons of marsala
Cocoa powder to sprinkle the tiramisu, 400 g of Giovanni Moro Soft Savoiardi
As a first step, divide the egg whites from the yolks, then add half the sugar to the egg yolks and whip everything with an electric mixer equipped with whips, and then add the mascarpone.
Separately, the whites are assembled by adding the remaining sugar to rain, and continue until they are whipped. At this point, add the whipped egg whites, mascarpone and sugar to the egg yolk mixture. Now that the cream is ready, you can start creating the layers with the ladyfingers previously soaked in cold coffee.
Take a cup or a pan and pour the first layer of cream, then a layer of ladyfingers, again the cream followed by other ladyfingers and finish with the last layer of cream and a sprinkling of unsweetened cocoa powder. Finally, place everything in the fridge for a few hours in order to compact the cake.
